DISCLOSURE & DAMAGE WAIVER
Heat treatments involve raising room temperatures to between 50ยฐC and 65ยฐC (122ยฐFโ149ยฐF) to eliminate all life stages of bed bugs. While damage is rare, some items may be sensitive to high heat (e.g., laminate furniture, adhesives, flooring).
By allowing Technica Pest Solutions Inc. to perform the heat treatment, you acknowledge:
Items left in the property may be exposed to these temperatures.
Removing items prematurely could result in reinfestation.
We may move items or use supportive materials (e.g., milk crates) to ensure effective treatment.
You accept the minimal risk of damage due to heat exposure.
POST-TREATMENT GUIDANCE
Vacuum up any dead bugs from around baseboards, bed frames, and furniture.
If you notice live insects after treatment, take a photo before disposing and send it to us for identification.
We recommend you also get vehicles treated as this could be a source of reinfestation.
